You can give us feedback about a passenger for a trip you've completed in the past one week via History.
A face indicates that the job was completed without issue and you are happy about it. Your passenger will then be informed that you gave a positive rating.
Tap on if the trip was unpleasant and let us know what went wrong on the next screen (you may choose more than one issue).
You can also input comment before tapping on SUBMIT. Your feedback will be anonymous to the passenger.
