Let us help you update your car plate number so that your passengers will be able to identify your car once you arrive at the pick-up point.
- With effect from 3rd August 2020, you will be required to submit your Booking Confirmation, Commercial Insurance, Vehicle Log Card and a picture of the PHV Decal if you are renting your vehicle on an hourly basis (eg. Tribecar or Whizzcar). Please submit the request only after you have completed your existing booking. Your vehicle details will be updated within one hour from the time of submission.
- You must have a valid vocational license before accepting any ride bookings. Inconsistent information between your driver app and the vehicle used may result in account suspension.
- It's now mandatory to have an LTA approval to use an inward-facing In-Vehicle Recording Device (IVRD). If you already have the approval and installed the inward-facing, please let us know about it.
Your service types may be removed upon updating your vehicle details depending on the vehicle model. If you wish to update your service types (i.e GrabCar Plus, GrabHire), please submit a request here.
You will receive an acknowledgement message and an update on the outcome of your request via your in-app notification within 1 hour.
