You are responsible for collecting cash payment from your passenger. We will not ask payment from the passenger if you did not collect cash payment.
Before dropping off your passenger, always check the payment method on your app. If your passenger refuses to pay, make a police report and call us to highlight this trip as not paid. You may consider reporting the police case to LTA with the information from the police.
Payment for a corporate cash trip will be credited to your cash wallet within 3 working days. Do not collect the fare from the passenger.
