Fare from GrabPay will be credited to your Cash Wallet immediately when the trip is completed.
Promo reimbursement will be credited to your cash wallet when you accept the booking. If your promo reimbursement was not credited immediately after accepting the job, it may be a GrabRewards discount and will be credited to your cash wallet within 2 hours.
If the total fare is higher than the estimated fare, a verification will be done with the passenger and credited to your cash wallet within 3 working days.
Payment for a corporate cash trip will be credited to your cash wallet within 3 working days.
For GrabTaxi drivers, you are responsible for inputting the correct meter fare and booking fee in the app. We will not ask payment from the passenger if you did not enter the fare in the Grab app.
