If you're not receiving jobs, your device might be modified or rooted.
Always ensure that you are using the latest version of the Grab Driver app downloaded from the App Store. This is done to protect your privacy, allow the smooth running of the app and the fair and equal allocation of jobs. To check if your device is rooted with instructions on how to fix it, follow the instructions in How to fix my modified device, or try another device.
Certain Android phone (eg Xiaomi) may block pop-up window within the app and this will prevent the job card from showing. To fix this, follow the steps below:
- Go to Settings, Installed apps and select the Grab Driver app
- Tap Permission manager and check Display pop-up window
If you're still not receiving jobs, we recommend that you:
- check that you have at least SGD 10.00 in your Credit Wallet. Learn how to top up your Credit Wallet from your Cash Wallet.
- check which area is in demand
Drivers that don't cancel bookings will be prioritised to receiving jobs.
