Q: How soon can I get my car?
A: It depends on the car availability of the rental company.
- For a used car, it can be collected immediately or within the next few days.
- For a new car, the collection period is a month from the reservation day.
Q: Who can I contact regarding issues with my rented car?
A: Please contact your relationship manager directly via WhatsApp stating your car plate number, name and phone number. You may also contact our Rental Support Hotline at 68014188, available from Monday to Friday 11am to 6pm excluding weekends and Public Holidays.
Q: When do you start deducting the car rental?
A: Rental deduction starts on the first day you collect the car.
Q: I am renting from GrabRentals, when will my Grab account be activated so I can start driving?
A: Your account will be activated on the day you collect your car.
Q: I'm renting from GrabRentals and I have collected my car but my Grab account is not activated yet, what should I do?
A: Please visit us at 18 Midview City #01-143 immediately to activate your account.
Q: I am renting from GrabRentals/Exclusive Partners, when will my Grab account be activated so I can start driving?
A: Your account will be activated on the day you collect your car provided that all your registration requirements are fulfilled including training.
Q: What if I terminate my GrabRentals contract before fulfilling the contract period?
A: You will be liable for full rental charges for the remainder of the period until the end of the contract and the total deposit of $1500 will be forfeited in case of an early termination. Grab Rentals will also cease to reward any form of promotions, preferential rates and discounts in any form and will claw back the payouts given during the period of rental.
Q: I would like to return my car, what is the proper procedure?
A: Go to driver.grab.com/sg_returnVehicle to fill up an online form for the return date and time. The advance notice required is 7 working days.
Q: How long will I receive my deposit refund after I return the car?
A: Sign the settlement form after car return. The refund will take up to 4 weeks to process.
