Q: Can I claim for a birthday celebration made overseas (ie foreign currency)?
A: We only allow claims for purchases made in Singapore dollars (SGD).
Q: Is it only for purchases less than S$50? If the amount is more than S$50, can I still claim up to S$50?
A: Grab will reimburse up to S$50 regardless of your purchase amount.
Example, if your receipt is for S$20, Grab will reimburse you S$20 into your cash wallet. If your receipt is S$100, Grab will reimburse you S$50 into your Cash Wallet.
Q: I bought a few gifts amounting to S$50, is it still claimable?
A: We only allow 1 receipt per claim per year per eligible partner.
Q: Are there any "gifts" that are excluded (i.e. not eligible)?
A: Claims will be rejected if it's related to gambling, vice and illegal activities, or activities/items/events that are against Grab's Code of Conduct.
Q: What type of bookings are considered for the 10 unique bookings?
A: Only completed trips for Standard Taxi, Limo Taxi, Electric Taxi, GrabCar 4-Seater Economy, GrabCar 6-Seater Economy, GrabCar 4-Seater Premium, GrabCar 6-Seater Premium, GrabFamily 4-Seater (Ages 4-7), GrabFamily 6-Seater (Ages 4-7), GrabFamily (Ages 1-3), GrabShare, JustGrab, GrabCar Plus & GrabAssist are eligible.
If there are repeated passengers, only the trip that occurs first will be considered.
Q. When will my claim be processed?
A: Submission will be processed 1 week after your birthday month ended. (e.g. If your birthday falls in January 2019, the submission will be processed by 4th February 2019)
Q: How long will it take for the claim to be credited to my Cash Wallet?
A: Please allow 1 week after processing date for payment to be made into your Cash Wallet.
