1. Accept the job if you are able to able to pick up the passenger at the requested time and location.
There will be a yellow banner at the top of the Job Card indicating that it’s an advance booking. Do NOT accept the booking if you are unable to commit to the pick up time and location.
Yellow banner at the top of the home screen will remind you of your advance booking two hours before the scheduled pick up time. If you have more than one advance booking job, only the advance booking with the closest pick up time will be displayed.
You can also see a list of advance bookings by tapping and Scheduled Job. If you have more than one advance booking job, the list will sort your jobs by pick up time in ascending order.
2. Contact your passenger 30 minutes before the pick-up time
Contact your passenger to confirm the job. This can also serve as a reminder for your passenger to show up on time for the booking.
3. Proceed to the pick-up location
Pick up your passenger and do help passenger with luggage if you are able to do so.
