A: Upon completion of registration, you can log in to check the progress of your application and also check if there are any pending documents/action required to complete your application.
You will be notified of the progress of your application through SMS and Email.
Q: How do I know what documents or information to prepare for my Grab application?
A: Upon completion of your basic information online, you will receive an email detailing the documents needed for completion of your application.
Q: Is there any training for new Grab drivers?
A: Upon successful completion of the application, you will be sent a link to GrabAcademy where you can complete your training.
Q: I did not receive my training link through SMS, how do I proceed?
A: First, check your email account used for registration with Grab, as the information will also be sent there. Alternatively, you may walk-in to your Grab Driver Center and request for the link to be resent to you.
Q: Must I complete all the topics in the Onboarding Programme at GrabAcademy (Online Training Platform)?
A: Yes, all topics offered have to be completed. View each video and pass the quiz, to unlock the next topic. Once you complete and pass the final quiz, your Driver Account will be activated.
Q: What happens if I fail a quiz? Can I repeat the quiz?
A: Yes, you may repeat the quiz again. There is no limit on the number of tries. As long as you pass each quiz, the next topic for training is unlocked.
Q: How fast will I be activated after I complete all my training and quizzes?
A: Your Driver Account will be activated in 24 hours if you complete all your training and pass the final quiz.
Q: I deleted the email and my SMS from Grab and I don't know how to login to Grab's Training
A: If you have lost both your email and SMS, you can walk-in to your Grab Driver Center and request for the link to be resend.
