Your current passenger may have incurred cancellation or no-show penalty fees in his/her previous ride. This will be reflected as Passenger’s Penalty on your Payment screen.
Please collect the penalty fees in cash from this passenger on behalf of your passenger’s previous drive, as Grab will deduct the amount automatically from your Credit Wallet. You’ll not be charged commission fees for these penalty fees.
Don’t worry, ratings from jobs that require you to collect passenger penalty fees will not count towards your Driver’s Rating.
