You’ll not receive a virtual queue number if your status is unavailable and you’re not located within the Holding Area.
Please ensure that your status is AVAILABLE and you’re within the Holding Area in order for you to receive the queue number via your in-app notification.
Do note, that you’ll be removed from the airport virtual queue under the following circumstances:
- You left the Holding Area for more than seven minutes
- You ignored more than two assigned jobs
- You cancelled the job
- You were offline for more than seven minutes
- You turned off the eligible service types
If you’re removed from your queue, you may return to the designated Holding Area to receive a new virtual queue number.
