The quickest way to return an item to a passenger is to surrender it to a Grab Office. For Manila-based bookings, you can surrender lost items to the following offices:
- Grab HQ - 12th Floor, Wilcon IT Hub, 2251 Chino Roces Ave., Makati City (near MRT Magallanes station)
- GreenLight Hub/Grab Driver Center - Unit 101 G/F, The Square Building, Shaw Boulevard cor. Sto. Cristo St., Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City
- Fishermall - Fisher Mall QC - 4th Floor, Fisher Mall, Quezon Ave., Quezon City
Please take note of the Booking ID of the trip or the date and time when you found the item. Items can be surrendered at any time from Mondays to Sundays.
For bookings made in other cities, please surrender the item to the respective Grab office located in your city.
After each trip, please make it a habit to remind your passenger/s to check their belongings before getting off the vehicle.
