Please visit the Grab HQ (12th Floor, Wilcon IT Hub, 2251 Chino Roces Ave., Makati City near MRT Magallanes station) to purchase a new Globe SIM pack (₱100). The new SIM number will serve as both your mobile and GCash account number.
For GrabCar ONLY:
Grab Drivers can now update their mobile numbers through the Driver's App. This functionality is only available to Drivers with the following App versions or newer:
- v5.44.0 (Android)
- v1.31.0 (iOS)
Step 1: Tap on "More" to access the Grab Driver menu
Step 2: Tap on "My Profile"
Step 3: Tap on the Driver information to access account details
Step 4: Tap on the phone number to edit
Step 5: Type in the new phone number
Step 6: Tap on "Next" to confirm
Step 7: A verification code/OTP will be sent to the new phone number
Step 8: Driver will be directed to a new page where the verification code must be entered
Step 9: Once the verification is received, enter it on the field
Step 10: The system will check the code
Step 11: A confirmation message will appear informing the driver that the update was successful
If you are still using an older version of the App, please fill out the required fields below and click on the Submit button. Once the request is submitted, please expect a call from us on your new phone number within 24-48 hours for validation.
Once the process is completed, you will receive an email confirmation to your Grab-registered email address.
