You are responsible for collecting cash payment from your passengers (provided that the payment method chosen is cash). Please note that we are unable to collect cash payments from passengers on your behalf if you failed to do so.
However, if a passenger runs away and intentionally refused to pay you, call us immediately to report the booking as an unpaid trip. If possible, please file a Police Report and provide us a copy.
