After every trip, you now have the option to rate it immediately or rate it for later.
A face indicates that the job was completed without any issue and you are happy about it. Your passenger will then be informed that you have given a positive rating for the trip that has just ended.
Tap on if the trip was unpleasant and let us know what went wrong in the next screen. You will be given choices of possible issues you may have encountered. Please know that you can choose more than one issue on this page.
There is also an option to add up more details on the issue that you have provided. There is a comment box where you can freely type it in before you SUBMIT your report. Your feedback will be anonymous to the passenger.
As mentioned earlier, you can also rate a trip you've completed in the past one week via the History.
