Your trip count in incentives may not be reflected immediately due to repeated passenger or does not meet the incentive's criteria.
If there are repeated passengers within the week, only the trip that occurs first will be tagged with the incentive. Rest assured that all trips are recorded in our system and will be tagged to the correct incentives eligibility if all the criteria, terms and conditions are met. You may check your trip count again at the end of the day.
Let us know, after checking that a trip was not made by a repeated passenger, and not counted towards your incentive. You may tap History, and choose the trip which you are reporting about if the trip cannot be located below.
