We always advise drivers to confirm the pick-up location of their passenger by messaging them using the in-app GrabChat or by calling their passenger.
Some passengers unintentionally choose a wrong pick-up point especially when the location has a very common name.
If you think your passenger has pinned an incorrect location, you may politely inform the passenger and ask them to cancel the booking. Inform them to book again and choose the correct pick-up point.
If the passenger refuses to cancel, you may cancel the booking on your end and report to us in detail as to why you canceled using the form below.
You can always compensate your cancellation rate by accepting and completing more rides.
