If you are still able to continue with the delivery but need more time, please drop the customer a message via GrabChat or call the customer to let them know. Most customers understand when you explain your situation to them.
If you are unable to fulfill the delivery, you can cancel the order via the app using ‘My vehicle broke down’ as the reason and provide us with photo proof. However, if you encounter a situation where you are unable to fulfil the order after collecting the order from the merchant, please reach out to our Grab Support team for assistance.
