We know you may be busy accepting jobs and may not be able to check immediately if an item is left behind by a passenger.
A new feature has been implemented to make lost and found issues hassle-free for you. An in-app notification will pop up if a passenger has left an item behind as shown below:
You can respond and communicate with the passenger directly on how the item can be returned if the item is found. It is a good habit, after every trip, to remind your passenger to check the vehicle for any items left behind upon drop off.
If you locate in a different city, you can check on the available Grab Driver Center here to drop off the item.
