Be professional, and do not engage in any conflict with the passenger.
In most cases, it would be best to be quiet and ignore the passenger and complete the job in a safe manner. If the passenger gets rowdy, prioritise your safety and drive to an area with pedestrian traffic and drop him or her off before contacting us below to report the incident. If you have any recordings of the incident, be sure to have it ready should the incident escalate.
