You may rate your passenger after every completed ride using a 5-star metric. If you’ve given a rating between 1 - 4 stars, you’re required to select the reason for your rating.
You may choose more than one reason you’ve encountered based on your location, passenger, or fare, and input your comments before tapping on the “SUBMIT” button.
The reasons may vary based on the type of service that you offer (e.g. JustGrab, GrabFood, GrabExpress).

Why is Grab introducing a new rating system?It’s part of Grab’s plan to create a fairer platform for their drivers. Introducing this new rating system allows Grab to have better clarity in the feedback drivers have for their customers. When there are poor ratings, Grab will be able to consider both sides of the issue and investigate the situation better. |
Will my rating on passengers have any effect on my own ratings?Your feedback will be anonymous and it will NOT affect your ratings or incentives. |
Will passengers know their ratings, or that they have been rated for that ride?Passengers will not be able to see their ratings and they will also not be informed when they have been rated for the trip at the moment. |
Will there be any effect on passengers for low ratings?The purpose of this rating system is to allow Grab to understand your feedback with greater clarity. Today, Grab already takes action on passengers who are deemed to have gone against our community guidelines or code of conduct. |
What if I forgot to rate my passenger?Don’t worry, you are still able to rate the completed trip from the past 72 hours.

Can I change my ratings after I submitted?Unfortunately, you would not be able to change your ratings after submission. |
What should I do if a passenger asks me to rate them 5 stars?Rest assured that you are not obliged to give a 5 star rating to your passenger. Grab has your interest at heart and you should rate your passenger based on your experience. If you felt the passenger was abusive, you may rate it accordingly and submit details of the situation and Grab will follow up with you. If you are still concerned about the rating, kindly reach out to our call centre staff under the “Support” tab in your driver app. |

Saya telah menerima passenger ke i-city, setelah tiba ditempat drop, saya telah melalui kawasan berbayar, saya bagitahu passenger tersebut bahawa cas bayaran akan dicas keatasnya tetapi dia berkeras supaya saya masuk kawsan berbayar tersebut dan meyakinkan saya bahawa memasuki kawasan tersebut untuk 15minit pertama tidak akn dikenakan sebarang cas., bagi memuaskan passenger, saya menghantarnya kedalam, setelah drop-off passenger tersebut, sy tidak dapat keluar, kad tidak access kerana saya tidak membuat bayaran. Apabila saya pergi membuat bayaran, saya dicas sebanyak rm3.. tidak sampai 15minit..rupa-rupanya sekali masuk sudah dicas..saya tidak dapat menghubungi passenger tersebut, dan apabila saya menghubungi cs, cs meminta saya mengupload gmbar resit, tetapi disini saya tidak dapat berbuat sedemikiaan di ruangan ini kerana saya tidak menemui sebarang button yang membolehkan saya mengupload gambar tersebut ..itu sahaja feedback saya untuk kali ini.terima kasih
