Accidents do happen. The best way to avoid getting your vehicle into a mess/item being damaged is to be prepared.
Here are some TIPS to be prepared:
Have plastic bags ready, or stop safely by the side of the road, when your passenger is feeling unwell.
Attach hooks in your car for passengers to hang their food and drinks
Ensure that the passenger has put on the seatbelt to avoid any unnecessary damage to your items during an emergency brake
Example of item damage/mess in the vehicle:
Food and drinks spills
Dirty seat stains caused by passengers
Charging cable, car window sunshade visor and etc that may occur during emergency brakes and etc
We are aware that your income may be affected should such incidents happen, and will do our best to compensate you. For mess or item damaged by the passenger in your vehicle, it’s claimable of up to RM 150.
Please note that the policy applies on a case by case basis. All claims must be made within 14 days from the date of the incident.
