In the event you are caught violating our guidelines, we will proceed to investigate and take appropriate actions accordingly.
However, if you have a valid explanation, you may submit an appeal to be back on our platform. Only an appeal made via this form will be reviewed by Grab and taken into consideration to uphold the standards of our community.
As such, appeals that will not be accepted are below:
1) Banned for safety, security reasons, driver rating or serious disciplinary issues
2) Failed in a background check (based on the record from APAD, JPJ, PDRM)
3) Partners who are SUSPENDED and not BANNED
4) Partners who had appealed before but was not successful
Kindly contact our customer support at 1300806688 to check on your appeal status, only if you have submitted an appeal and did not receive an email within 14 working days.
Also, do know that if we find further proof of irregular/suspicious activity when in a review of your appeal, we reserve the right to take legal action.
