In the event of any violation of the guidelines, we will be responsible for investigating and taking appropriate action.
If you have a valid explanation, you can appeal to be back on our platform. Only appeals made via this form will be taken into consideration.All appeals will be subjected to a review by Grab to uphold the standards of our driver community.
As such, appeals that will not be accepted follows as below:
1) Caught gaming the system
2) Banned for safety, security reasons, driver rating or serious disciplinary issues
3) Failed in background check (based on record from SPAD, JPJ, PDRM)
4) Drivers who were SUSPENDED and not BANNED
5) Drivers who were BANNED for LESS THAN 30 days
6) Drivers who have appealed before but not successful

Kindly note that if we find further proof of irregular/suspicious activity when in a review of your appeal, we reserve the right to take legal action.
