Please note that toll charges are automatically calculated and added to the payment screen upon trip completion based on the actual route taken. You have the flexibility to adjust this amount, including adding other surcharges, before you swipe the drop off toggle.
Toll fees will be clearly displayed on the final receipt, visible to both you and your passenger. Passengers cover toll charges, and the payment is processed via GrabPay or cash collection by you upon drop-off.
Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse drivers for tolls or any additional charges that were not accurately inputted. Therefore, it's crucial to ensure the correct amount is entered before dropping off your passenger. Examples of such charges include:
- Toll fees or
- Any mutually agreed-upon additional expenses (provided they are documented in writing within the chat and not solely verbally agreed upon).
Remember to adhere to these guidelines to ensure smooth transactions and avoid discrepancies at the end of each trip.
