This could be probably due to :
1. Expired Documents
- Kindly update your document under "Changing my account info"
2. Disciplinary Issue
- You will be notified within 24 hours via SMS/Call on what to do
3. Unable to sign in to login in with Google
- Please view the guidelines to Sign in with Google
4. Inactive account for 6 months and above
- Kindly submit us a reactivation request
5. Misuse of E-Pay Vouchers
- Kindly submit us a copy of your receipt for a reactivation request.
