As your safety is our priority, we suggest you to remain quiet and professional and avoid engaging with your passenger if they are being abusive or insulting and proceed to drop them off at the destination. After completing your booking you may rate and provide feedback regarding the passenger in the app.
However, in some unwarranted circumstances if the passenger is being violent and your safety is threatened,
- Drive to a safe area with people around and politely drop off him/her.
- If the passenger refuses to alight the vehicle, get out of your parked car with your keys and call the Police if necessary - your safety comes first!
- Submit any form of evidence to Grab and/or the authorities of the incident if you have any.
Let us know through the form below if you feel that the passenger is a potential danger to others. We’ll investigate thoroughly and take the necessary action if we found the passenger violated the Code of Conduct.
