Can my passenger request package delivery

You should never agree to a passenger's request for parcel deliveries.

Politely explain to the passenger that you are not able to perform delivery and inform the passenger to cancel the booking.

Passengers may use GrabExpress to request parcel delivery. Just tap on 'More' on the Grab home screen,  choose 'Delivery', and select 'Express' to access the service.
