Always prioritize your safety, decline the trip, and report to us immediately.

Any harmful material that can potentially inflict damage and injuries should be forbidden within Grab services. We will not compromise our partner's safety. If a passenger is carrying it along unintentionally, politely explain it to the passenger before cancelling the trip. Below is a list of harmful materials:

1. Flammable product (cooking gas tank)
2. Chemical products (industrial pesticides, toxic waste products)
3. Dangerous weapon (machete, blade, military-grade knife)
