My passenger paid cash for GrabPay trip

At the end of every trip, be sure to check the app and confirm the selected payment type of the trip with the passenger before tapping drop-off. This is to ensure unnecessary trip payment disputes and may negatively affect your driver rating.

Drivers are not allowed to accept any cash payment on GrabPay trips.
