I didn't receive my delivery payment

Don’t panic! First, check on the payment method used for the order.

If the payment method selected is GrabPay, please rest assured that the delivery payment will be credited to your Cash Wallet once the delivery has been completed.

However, if the payment method selected is cash, and you did not receive your payment, kindly let us know by submitting the form below. We will look into this matter and investigate before getting back to you.
