Important:
- Claim window: Submit requests within 48 hours of completing the ride.
- Claim limit: Submit only ONE Booking ID per claim request.
- Reimbursement method: Amounts will be credited to your cash wallet within 3-5 working days
- Please do not submit claims for ongoing bookings to avoid delays in processing your reimbursement
