You’ll receive compensation into your Cash Wallet when:
- A passenger cancels the trip after 5 minutes of booking
- You cancel the trip due to a Passenger no-show
- You cancel a GrabShare trip because there were more than 2 passengers
The compensation amount is up to RM3 for GrabCar jobs. For compensation amount for jobs on other service types, please refer to your in-app weekly incentive notification.
The compensation is added automatically into your Cash Wallet when the job is cancelled. This will also be reflected in your job history and weekly Partner Statement.
You will not receive any compensation if:
- previous Back to Back Job is still in progress
- the passenger cancels the booking less than 5 minutes of booking
- you took too longer than usual to arrive at the pick-up point
- you did not travel towards the passenger
- you have been abusing cancellation reasons such that it does not impact your cancellation rate.
Let us know if you are qualified for the compensation but did not receive compensation after checking your job history and the weekly Partner Statement.
