We understand that there are situations where delivery is canceled after you arrive at the pickup location because:
- The sender could not be found/contacted
- The package is too big or heavy
Here are some tips for you ;
1. The sender could not be found/contacted
- Try to call the sender at least 3 times or send GrabChat. You can cancel the reservation if there is no response for more than 5 minutes. Please choose the correct reason when canceling which is 'Sender Issue'.
2. The package is too big or heavy
- Notify the sender politely that you are unable to deliver the package. Cancel the order and choose the correct reason which is 'Item Issue',
3. Fake sender / fake order
- If you have arrived at the pickup location and suspect your customer has made a fake order, please report it to us by pressing the button below.
*compensation will be given for all confirmed cancellations for the above problems. Compensation payments will be credited to your cash wallet every week.
