As a Grab Partner, being polite and behaving appropriately is one of the basic criteria when providing services to a passenger. Compliance with the code of conduct enables you to receive 5-star service quality reviews from users.
However, we understand that there are times when during a trip, you may not be able to avoid error situations arising from the user or other parties (for example, the user gets off the bus in the middle of the route). If you would like to report on a passenger's behavior or regarding an incident, you may do so after a trip ends.
To quickly report these cases to Grab, the Grab Partner can use the "User Review" feature on the Partner's app right after the ride ends, or the Grab Partner can also rate it later within 72 hours later. In addition, the Grab Partner can also submit information through the following form to be acknowledged.
Note:
- Repeated mishandling of the application may affect the continued operation of the Grab Partner.
- If the passenger requests to change the route, the Grab Partner should agree to collect additional fees as prescribed.
- If the Grab Partner accidentally completes the trip, please notify here.
